Orders within Australia
- ALL watches purchased for delivery within Australia receive FREE EXPRESS POSTAGE via Australia Post (estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days excluding our order processing time)
- All other orders (link tools, add-ons etc when purchased seperately) – A Flat Rate Express Postage fee of $9.95 applies (estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days excluding our order processing time)
Orders to New Zealand
- ALL orders with delivery to New Zealand are posted Australia Post Express (estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days excluding our order processing time). A flat rate of $9.95 postage fee applies.
All other International Orders
- All other International Orders are subject to a Flat Rate shipping fee of $21.95 and receive Standard Worldwide Shipping sent direct from our studio in Brisbane, Australia. (Estimated delivery time is 10-20 days depending on customs and transit time frames).
- Customer is responsible for all (if any) duties, taxes or other custom fees.
- Orders will be shipped within 2 business days and a tracking number will be provided.
Our Order Processing Time
- Our standard processing time for most orders is 1-2 business days (average time frame is next business day dispatch). We will carefully pick, pack and send your order via Australia Post and provide you with tracking details. We don’t like to keep our customers waiting so we try our hardest to keep our orders rolling and our customers happy. All orders are sent directly from our Brisbane office.
- Our processing times are subject to all National and QLD Public Holidays.
- Delivery times are quoted with respect to the Australia Post Express Network and does not include our standard order processing time. If the delivery address is OUTSIDE of the Express Network, longer delivery times can be expected. Our aim however, is always to have your order delivered as soon as possible.
All orders are tracked and lodged and are regularly monitored by our ordering system to confirm successful delivery.
Customers please note:
- Once orders have been lodged with Australia Post, all orders are then subject to the responsibility, care and handling by Australia Post and their contractors and delivery times will depend on their ability to provide the expected service.
- Damaged in transit or missing items/orders will require investigation via the Australia Post claims process – We will work with our customers and with Australia Post if this event was to ever occur.
- Express Postage Parcels do not require signature and some delivery contractors may make the decision to ‘Safe Drop’ your order at the delivery address if no one is home.
- We encourage customers to use the tracking details we provide to manage the safe delivery of their order.
- It is important to provide a suitable delivery address when placing your order. If there are any special delivery instructions, please add them to the ‘Order Notes’ section when completing the checkout process.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed deliveries due to customers providing incorrect information . If you need an order shipped out more than once, there will be an additional fee payable to cover postage. We provide tracking details for your convenience. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address (as provided on the order by the customer), we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to recover the order.
